The oil change service supposed to be done by 12:15. But my car was still parking outside at 12:00. So I asked Diane why it took so long and my car is still outside. She told me everyone were waiting more than 2.5 hr, plus I was do not have an appointment. I told her it was not true. I made appointment and I had voice mail and text message confirmation of my appointment. Even though she didn’t raised her voice on me. But I feel she was rude and not eager to help. I told her Piercey’s service was fast and courtesy. That’s why I switched from Fremont Toyota to Piercey. I don’t feel like I got the usual quality from today’s visit.

I appreciate the work! But I am upset that they scheduled for my service even though they didn’t have the parts... I had to leave work to make it work but now I have to do it again.. and I’m coming from an hour away. I just wish it was planned ahead or a head up that the part wasn’t in stock to schedule an appointment for another day

Miguel was awesome but the guy who brings the cars out was completely unprofessional. Just said show me your paper and walked away. I had to ask where are my keys. As he co tinged to walk while I asked. He would be the only reason I would never come back but Miguel was great.

Problems with the highlander 2020 trailer hitch was a Toyota Corp issue. But Piercey assigned Rhofell as a relationship Mgr for the issue. She was fantastic. It took Toyota 6 months but we got an answer finally and Rho and Raymond help get a Parts list, Rho gave me a Parts discount for my problems. And you gave me a free rental as I live in Morgan Hill and another part was needed. Sigh. Rho and Raymond gave me a conference call on the new issue and you rushed a part from Kentucky to complete my work. All along paperwork was setup perfectly for me to get in and out. I had no wait at the cashier or rental. Just stellar. I will recommend piercey to others.
