Had apmt., was told 2h. After 2 1/2h, checked with Brady, he said not done yet, but didn’t bother to go check on it. After more than 3h, walked around service bays and found SUV outside still. They hadn’t started working on it yet. Talked to manager, he put two guys on it, done in 15 min.. All they did was rotate tires. Asked Brady on two occasions to make sure they didn’t adjust air pressure in tires, he swore they didn’t, said he had told them verbally. Talking to the tech later, he said that never happened. Measured air pressure before leaving and of course they had adjusted tire pressure too high. They also put water in my windshield washer fluid and radiator. Really? The manager said they’ve been doing it that way for 22y. Apparently you have to request they don’t do that either. So top up fluids means you put water in my washer fluid, thanks but no thanks. Was told no car wash available even though they weren’t busy. Last time I went to this location, they almost ripped my license plate off, bent it in half at a 90 degree angle, and same thing, said they wouldn’t adjust tire pressure but did anyways. Both times to this location service advisors had poor attitudes. On this last trip, Brady was so angry with a customer on the phone that he punched his desk severs times while I was waiting to speak with him. I haven’t really found good service at this or other Toyota dealerships since buying the 4Runner, but this place is probably the worst so far. Based on service experiences thus far, definitely won’t be a repeat Toyota buyer.

Walter was great. Answered my questions about the recall work clearly. Best of all, the work was done exactly when he said it would be!

Marvin was excellent. Very helpful and knows what he does. Waiting for my vehicle from the shop took 15 minutes. That’s the only issue I had.
