I was told on Friday when I dropped off the vehicle that it would be done by the next day. I was disappointed that I was told on Saturday that the work was not done and I had to take my vehicle back again to finish the work. This has all been a huge inconvenience. I think that things can be more organized from the time I made the appointment by making sure the required parts are there before I take it in.
