I am so glad Patel was the one who assisted my car’s recall issue. His flexible scheduling and quick response time made it quick and easy to schedule a service appointment at Piercey Toyota. I felt like the process could not be better streamlined, and I was in-and-out of the dealership (though I wouldn’t complain about staying longer in the comfortable lounge!). Adequate social distancing protocol made me feel safe during COVID-19 times.

Thank you for the excellent service ! Marvin was just extraordinary. I drove in around 5 pm without any appointment. Most of the advisors were ignoring us, while waited for 20 minutes. One even told us that everyone is busy now.
And then suddenly Marvin came to the car and greeted with a warm smile. He convinced me to get 4 tires changed which I agreed. He gave us a ride to home. Next day exactly 10 am he called and updated. I asked him to check for recall and fuel change. He complied and everything was done by 4 pm. He delivered the car to my home and I was simply impressed!! Due to covid situation, I have been extra cautious to go to any service center. But Piercy Toyota was just excellent and so cautious, mindful and flexible with the pandemic. Marvin seemed helpful and trustworthy. I will definitely ask for him next time ????.

He called me im at home already i just asked the toyota service to pick me up at 1 pm ish because i taught its too long for an oil change and tire rotation 4 hrs.
