Excellent service! Raymond was exceptional.
Disappointed I have to call Toyota Corporation to ask if they can cover the replacement of the rear side panels of my 17 Prius Prime. It is clearly a poor manufacturing quality, when the adhesive used to secure the panels fail after only two years of ownership.
Going to question if I buy anymore Toyota’s if the quality is compromised! I’ve owned many Toyota’s but will consider another manufacturer.

My vehicle make a loud noise from the engine when the vehicle stop, even I can hear it inside the vehicle and made me headaches every time I stop on traffic lights or stop signs, but the mechanic did a test drive and said can’t hear anything, and I asked the advisor to quote me the side mirror cover, and he didn’t do it till l picked up my vehicle and have to remind him, the service is terrible.

I was quoted $40 on TireRack when I chose Piercey Toyota as the installer for my new set of wheels. I showed up to the dealership and got told it would be $180 for labor. Way over-priced and the technician didn't even do a proper job. He said that since I downgrade from the stock 19in wheels to 18in, the ABS, traction, and speedometer all might be off. How could this be the case when the stock wheels on a Rav4 Prime SE are 18 inch?! And I've seen countless people on the Toyota forum done it with no issues. Also, when the technician took out the old wheels, he pulled the tires off of the rims a bit and didn't even bother to put them back on afterwards!
