The services were too expensive.. I came in for a 75k maintenance and smog inspection that the rep estimated to be about $200. Then they sold me more services toward end of the day that costed more than double the original estimate. I felt pressured to agree to these services because I relied on the rep and mechanic’s expertise. But I ended up paying triple out the door - the bill was $627. I’ll consider other shops in the future.
