Isaiah and the sales manager went to great lengths to get the exact Rav4 I wanted. When the wrong one was delivered they loaned us a car for several days. They kept us informed and had the car ready quickly after its arrival. A wonderful job by the sales and car loaner team.?

Brady Maple is very unkind, and he was not properly explained about the services.
He also didn't explain what I need to fix to the technician, and the technician couldn't fix the issue. I wasted a lot of time, and I had to ask to a refund for the incomplete job.
I really don't want to visit Piercey Toyota again

I wasn’t updated on the progress of my vehicle and I was not notified when my vehicle was done with service. After two hours of waiting for my vehicle to finish with a simple oil change I had to call Toyota myself to find out that my vehicle was ready for me. In the past I have been very happy with my experience at **** but today was really terrible. Very disappointed.
