First time the service people not willing to answer my questions and ignore my request to change new address in system. Ask me don’t interrupt when he is checking my history in system and end out, my address never got updated, which I don’t care any more. The whole process I feel I’m not important at all and he doesn’t care either. Also, no explanation on the service done today, just ask me to sign ASAP since he is busy and need to take care of next customers. Everything in a rush. I’m extremely feel unrespected. But why bother, I only have one prepaid warranty service. I heard Odyssey is not a bad choice, also Tesla could be an option too, maybe a sign to explore new brand. A 20 years loyal customer feel annoyed from today’s service. Nice job Marvin Mallari. Without you, I never got the motivation to explore a new brand.
