We usually go to Capitol Toyota for our Toyota vehicles. And this time, my husband and I decided to try Piercey Toyota. We have been standing for sometime hoping someone would come to at least get us started. Until an advisor came and took us in his office. There were many recommendations my advisor told me but I stick with the brakes. Unfortunately, the part was not available and I have to leave the car overnight. Normally, in Capitol Toyota a rental car will be offered. My advisor only offered me a Lyft but I told him I am comfortable. He knew my concern and that I need my car to go to work but there was no follow through. My husband has to get off his work to give me a ride. The day I picked up my car, no one even bothered to ask us what we needed. Nobody even mentioned to me about the $25 rebate for any brake service :(

The drop off went smooth. When I went to pick up I didn’t get the run through with how everything went and any recommendations etc. I was also given the wrong paperwork at checkout and had to go back to get the correct paperwork. I was given paperwork for someone else.
