The driver side floor mat was still not affixed to the floor correctly just like the last time I was in for service. In the past they always ran my car through the car wash but didn’t on this visit. I’m not sure what the point of having an appointment is if you still have to wait 2-3 hours. Doesn’t make much sense.

The customer service was locking this time. I dropped off my car for a 7:30 appointment and it wasn't ready until 10:55. I scheduled a ride pick up at 11:45 and it said it would be there at 11:58. By 12:20 no one had showed up. I canceled the appointment and rescheduled one again and somebody came and got me. But in the meantime I call the service desk to try to get straightened out and no one answered. Then I had texted back to Jazz saying that there seemed to be a problem and he never responded to me.
And then when I picked up my car it hadn't even been washed. So my first service appointment with my brand new car was less than impressive.
