In fact the main reason I bought my Toyota from you was because of the quality service of your service department! I took my previous Toyota to Fremont Toyota twice and vowed to NEVER, NEVER go to Fremont Toyota again! They do not deserve even one star! Fremont Toyota is the worst place I have ever gone to for service in my life 60+ years!
Piercey Toyota is a dream in comparison and the very reason I take both my Toyota’s to you for service! Krish was fantastic and responsive in every way and the quality of work was excellent!!

I was told when I booked the appointment that it would take all day. When I dropped off the car I was told it would be ready by about 1:30pm. I sat waiting for over an hour fior a ride home only be told my car is ready as I am headed home. My car now has a strong smell of gasoline in it which dies not make me feel more safe after the recall work was completed
