Before I took my truck in for service
the power steering fluids in my truck was low
Krish Sharma said they check all the fluids and fill them
When I got the my truck I opened
The trunk and check the fluids it was emptied
The mechanic who worked on my truck
didn’t fill up the fluids on my truck
If he didn’t do that
What else can I trust him with ? That’s the simple thing to do
You guys need hire good honest mechanic I don’t know if
I come back to piercy Toyota again

My issue derives from the lack of communication. When I dropped off my car, I was told it would be ready by 12pm. My car was ultimately not ready until 4pm. 4 hours later than what I was told! I was frustrated that no one was communicating with me from 12-4pm. I texted the number 3 times to ask for a status update and never received a response. I called the place twice and was immediately transferred to someone else who never picked up the phone or called back. Given that I was told my car would be ready by 12pm, I had made plans after that time. The lack of communication/updates was beyond frustrating and very unprofessional. If it were just an hour late with no response, fine. But 4 hours of no communication was ridiculous.

I thought it was a disappointment for my $44 coupon to become a $90 service because synthetic oil has apparently gone up in cost. I think I may check out Sunnyvale or Santa Clara Toyota for coupons next time.
