Service rep was great but I drove all the way from Santa Rosa and sat for two hours waiting for my truck to get service and I had an appointment. I watched when the truck went into the bay and the entire service was only 39 minutes. When I come that far to give you my business I expect to have my appointment time honored. My next service will be in Santa Rosa.

So far good. I had a wheel alignment I had purchased a couple of Years ago, Diana did not honor my alignment because it expired in Feb. Diana wouldn’t budge on giving me my alignment! No customer satisfaction! She must be new, as other service reps would honor it since I paid for it! Had my car serviced at Toyota for over $422.00. for 30,000 service. May look around next time I need service on my Camry XSE.
