I signed up for an appointment at 7:50am. I arrived at 7:40am. However, I was not attended to until 8:15. People who were in the “non-appointment” line were getting serviced before I got my service. Aren’t you supposed to clear the appointment line before getting to the non-appointment line? Or at least ask the people who are in the appointment line what time their appointment is so that they can get their cars taken in. What is the point of making an appointment if I am not going to get my car taken in at that time? It was not only until I asked if I can get helped that I was able to get my car taken in. I am completing this survey in hopes that there is major improvement.
