I will have to schedule a follow up appointment as my problem was not resolved. When my vehicle was delivered I was told the problem had been fixed, but it came back up as soon as I left my service appointment, I just did not have the time to take my car back.

I been a loyal customer to Piercey Toyota for the past few years. I will definitely not be coming back anytime soon. Super disappointed in the service today. I was not given any paperwork when I got there when I usually receive them and the advisor would explain the service that they’re doing. Also Patel mask was super alarming sometimes I would notice him without one or even his nose out. I really love this Toyota dealership but my experience was just so bad. I waited about 3 hours for my service to be done. Got there at 9:20 and left at 12:30. I had to cancel my appointment I had at 12:30 bc I did not expect to be there for 3 hours.
