Excellent customer service

The advisor told me he would give me a $5 discount on the oil change and a small discount on the air filter. He warned me it would not be 20% like the coupon I asked about because I needed the engine air filter, not the cabin air filter, replaced. I saw no evidence of any discount given. The advisor told me it would be about 15 minutes when he confirmed that I wanted the air filter replaced as recommended by the technician. When it had been more than 30 minutes, I looked outside and my car was already pulled up. When I went to the cashier, my invoice was not in the A folder and when I had the cashier look me up under my phone number, she claimed that my paperwork had not yet been completed. I had to wait while the advisor finished speaking with another customer ~ 10 minutes, then he claimed that the cashier must have lost the paperwork and I got to wait while he printed out another set. Then wait behind another customer before the cashier could help me. I had an appointment at 10:20 am, only got the basic oil change and 5,000 mile service plus replacing the air filter and did not finish with the cashier until after 2 pm. At least the technician noticed me in the car quickly, checked my paid invoice and I could then go. I have been going to Piercey for service since I bought my 2005 Prius new and this has been the first time I have been so totally disappointed with the service!

Purval did a great job explaining what would be done with 30k maintenance, plus when he learned there was recall work necessary, he explained it, then squeezed it in with the other work and kept me well informed of the progress. He provided the best customer service that I have received.

Made an appointment for my 2021 R4P (3050 miles) for its first service. I waited at dealership and it took 4 hours to complete. Reps told me it was going to take 1-2h max. Nobody would help me figure out what was taking so long. It would have taken longer had I not escalated to Brady after 3 hours. 100% disappointed

As always, though NOT a direct complaint, items we discussed, like sun roof not completely closing and, of course, high maintenance service cost, have not been "solved". However, we do still trust, Piercey with most major maintenance service issues. BUT some issues still seem not to make it to the service order: Distraction, interesting conversation with service advisors may, unfortunately, in part, be a contributing factor. ATM, that's all that comes to mind.

Mike does a great job of checking in the vehicle and asking pertinent questions. The vehicle was finished before the promised time. Mike also sent a van to my work to pick me up after my vehicle was done. Mike is always a pleasure to work with.
