Krish will, I’m sure, understand, and this is not necessarily something he’s responsible for.
I received a letter from Toyota to say that there was a potential quality issue with the paint on my car and that, if the paint issue did occur, that they would cover the cost of repair. So after the paint literally fell off the roof of my car, I brought my car to Piercey. To then be told that Toyota were refusing to cover the cost of repairing a Toyota quality problem because the cost of repairs (from a Toyota paintshop) were too high was very disappointing. Krish did help to get an agreement to cover the costs in the end but I shouldn’t have been put in that situation in the first place.
