No proper response from the service agent. Got a text message telling the services done and suggestions for additional services. But, no follow-up call from the agent who usually tells what is with the car and the next steps. The shuttle service was very poor. Waited for a long time and booked an Uber for traveling home. Couldn’t directly contact the shuttle driver! The only good thing happened is I got a return shuttle booked through Lyft. Car is serviced well. Appreciate the technicians. Thanks!
