I checked my cabin filter and it’s dirty, I assumed the service being provided required all filter to be checked and replaced if attention was needed. So both engine filter is dirty and my air pressure caps are missing, there’s a scratch on the left front bumper and the wheels are scratched from the lug area.

I did have trouble figuring out how to drop off my car. Apparently I was supposed to stay with the car until someone comes to me. There was no signage that I saw, and no employee in the parking lanes, so I went in to the service center, then had to come out and was skipped.
