I had schedule a service today for my scion frs 2016 for my break plus installation. Right when I arrived, Winston Wong immediately greet me and assist me. I told him that I'm here for break plus installation and also I have minor problem with my head unit (touchscreen and usb port wasn't working or turning on). He gave me an estimate time which was like 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. But they actually finished an hr early. He even gave me some info how to get rid of a tar or some liquid problem on my paint. I am very satisfied.
