Oil change only with an appointment took more than 2hrs?! Would be even more hours if I didn't initiate the service check with the advisor. And I missed my class. The advisor only cares about selling services but not respect customer's time. Didn't done as promised because I declined the service he tried to sell? Also put down no appointment in the check in sheet! (I didn't notice that until we were about to leave). Very disappointed. The most helpful guys are the one who checked with us when we dropped off our car in the appointment line, and the guy who checked with us when we waited and looked worry (because I already late) to pick up the car.

We finally received honest and expert service from Reza. It took 3 times inquiring about the excessive oil loss to get an honest and qualified answer and a viable solution and test. I am upset that the prior service we got from others didn't explain the oil problem honestly. If we hadn't talked to Reza, the offer to fix this problem would have expired. It also upsets me that we were never informed on a recall about this problem. I will be very leery about any recommended for our car from now on
