This is the 3rd time I had bad experience with Piercey Toyota. While Sam, service advisor, has been helpful, total experience could have been much better. Ordered Michelin tires, got firestone tires and no one told me about it until I received the car and informed them of getting wrong tires. Sam was able to offer few choices and replaced tires with different one than I originally wanted. After asking, was given a colllementary alignment. While advisor and his supervisor was able to accommodate to the extent possible, I need to seriously think of returning. All 3 occasations with Piercey were abnormal.
