Overall service was straightforward, however, I could not help to notice that both my glove compartment and center console were searched while my vehicle was in for service (I am the sole driver of if). Although none of my items are missing, this speaks no too well about the integrity and respect of the personnel over customer's property and privacy.
This is the third brand new Toyota I have purchased but no one I had before such an unpleasant experience when bringing in my vehicles for service.

I am surprised to know that my wheel balancing/alignment is not covered in the Toyota services for free anymore :(. I have taken both extended warranty and maintenance under the impression that I need not pay anything from my pocket for the next 5-7 years or 75K miles. Looks like there are some hidden terms and conditions which we are not told explicitly and I need to be aware of these by reading :. It didn't make sense for me now to take those extra maintenance/warranty.

Cashier counter is over-whelmingly flared by strong sun light from outside. Clerks can hardly look at clients before counter. Need shade on windows.
