As usual, had a great experience. I had a re-occurring problem dashboard blower not working. Miguel addressed it on my prior visit - the Tech had found leaves and debris and cleaned it out. The ended up not fixing it. Called up Miguel, and he had me come in the next day, had the blower replaced for me and I was on my way in a couple of hours. Like the Wi-Fi, I can get a bunch of work done there while waiting. Restrooms are about the cleanest I've seen outside of a casino or 5-star hotel. The last 3 or 4 times I've been in, Miguel has taken care of me, and has done a fantastic job!

The shuttle pick up was a little confusing. I called the main number but was told I had to go to Chris who was actually off for the day. Big thank you to Chris for contacting me to arrange the shuttle even though he was not at work. Also thanks to the team for delivering my car after the shuttle I did get was in an accident. I will definitely bring my car back.

I enjoyed that Dexter took the time to review my service history and was upfront with the service recommendations.
I brought my laptop and waited for the work to be done.
All the work on my car was completed within a couple of hours.
I think I like waiting for my car to be service rather than taking the shuttle (which I did a few weeks ago when I had my Sienna serviced.)
