He was very helpful in explaining the issues found with my car. Gave me options to either get a ride back home with Piercey car service or rental. I felt he was taking good care of my car and me as his customer. Although the costs were more than. I expected, he explained that my car had not has these services before and won't for a long time. HE helped put the repairs in perspective.

When I arrived Dexter let me know they usually don't schedule the paint protection appt as late as they did. Was up front letting me know it would take the whole day. Not a big deal for me, he called me to let me know it had been completed and ready for pickup. Happy with the upfront straight forward service.
