Service drop-off: I appreciated a service advisor being able to meet with me. I was running about 45 minutes late. I did appreciate the "car attendant" telling me that I probably will need new tires and my tires wont make it past the winter. This offended me because I purchased the tires at Piercy less than two years ago. It made me question the type of products pierce sells. The Costc tires had hadd previously lasted longer than this set of tires. At the end, I did not need new tires.
Shuttle: it took over an hour to get a shuttle to be dropped off near Brocade. There were people who arrived after me that were shuttled before me. I was not the only Customer who felt this way. One other Customer decided to Uber than wait (this was half an hour into our wait). Once in the shuttle, it felt like it was more of a priority to take the other Customers (who waited about 10 minutes for he shuttle) to the Great Mall than to take me to my destination.
Service call update: two hours after I dropped of my car, I got a call from dexter. I authorized the extra service he recommended. I called back an hour later because I forgot to ask him how much more additional time my car would take. I had a meeting in Mountain View at 330pm. Although I left a message on voice mail, I never got a call back. I did call several times and was asked to be placed on hold because Dexter was on another line. People would pick up and ask me who I was holding for. Instead of asking if there was something they could assist me with, they only offered to transfer me to his voice mail.
I called Dexter after my meeting in Mountain View and learned that my car was ready. Pick up at their service desk was well organized. As I waited for my car outside, several people asked me if I needed assistance.
Overall, I would try going back to Dexter again. I miss my old service advisor that I used to regularly go to.
The shuttle...well, I do prefer the Honda Shuttle Service bettter. I have another minivan that we take for service there. Honda has explained to me that I can take my Sienna there for oil changes. I am still considering that.

I don't agree that customer have to pay for battery test after finding out it's a
bad battery cell ( obviously it's a defective battery)
