I had to wait for 5 hours to get a shuttle ride to pick up my car today.. I dropped off my 2016 Camry for the routine check up on 10/29. My service account manager took the order and called me in the afternoon that my car was ready for pick up. Since I went to another town and got stucked in the traffic on my way back so that could not pick up my car yesterday... ** 8:55am, I called to schedule a shuttle ride and I was told my service manager is off on Sunday but a pickup ticket has been submitted and someone will call me back,.. ** 11:00am, No one calls me back so I called again. I was told a 2nd pickup ticket has been Submitted and a shuttle driver will call me back.., ** 12:00 noon, no one calls me back, I called again. The receptionist, Kathy has answered my phone again and she was trying her best to contact the service department by calling but no one picks up her phone... She finally transferred my call to another person and hope he could help(I did not get his name). He told me he will submit a pick up ticket and someone will call me back and hung up the phone in a rush... ** 1:00pm, still no one calls me back, I called again. I told the receptionist that I was frustrated since one on calls me back since the shuttle service is available.. If no one available to give me a ride, that is ok. I can call a taxi or a friend to give me a ride. She re-submit a pickup again and said someone will call me back. ** 2:22pm, I finally received a call from a shuttle driver and pick me pick in another 10minutes. That is my experience for this service. I would like to hear back from you and my phone is ****-****-xxxx. Thank you Wei Z

Jason was incredibly helpful and friendly. He made the whole experience very positive and was very professional.

I was supposed to receive a call when the car was ready to pick up. This never happened, so after 3h I called (advisor told me it would take around 2-2.5h) and the receptionist told me it was ready. I went to pick it up and I was directed to cashier where they gave me the paperwork. I was expecting someone to explain me what was done for the service maintenance, and how everything else was. Also I was expecting a paper note in the windshield with the new service appointment and the car configured with the next service maintenance. This was not the case... Thank you

Service took much longer than originally stated and communication about when vehicle was ready was incorrect. Upon vehicle being complete I noticed scratches on driver side rear fender that were not there before. Another service technician scheduled an appointment to have this repaired on the following Saturday. Hopefully all of this will be taken care of as scheduled.
