Very disappointed with my recent service. For the past 8 years I have been taking my vehicle to Piercey Toyota with no issues. However, this past service I asked the advisor to replace the wiper blades on my 4Runner Limited. When I got home I noticed that the dealership replaced the entire wiper blade arm with anco looking arms (not nearly as nice looking as the oem limited). Why would the dealership do this to my vehicle?
