I didn't make an appointment for my car maintenance. When I checked in Hong just said it will take around two hours. But actually it took me for waiting about four hours. This is totally unacceptable. I don't agree this long delay was caused
by the none reservation. My viewpoint is that when you accept the your customer
Check in, you should inform your customer when your car will be exact available.
Not just saying your car will be available soon but actually it didn't. This is the first time I am encountering this kind of issue in 25 years with Toyota. I felt very bad.
