Your customer front desk looks not busy at all while customer take hrs waiting for the car. I notice that the technictian done with the car, and my car just park in front ready for pick up, but the front service keep talking with each other. I have to come to them, point to my car and ask for it ready or not. Well, the manager need to do their job, or you guy need to find a way to do it correctly. This. Not the first time i have to ask for my xar is ready or not. I had experienced before, and today i walk out to check on my car, and it happens again. Thus, this is a bad practice, not a single incidence. I take time to write this to make your shop better compare to other dealer.

When it was apparent the service would take several hours, I was offered a loner so I could do other things I needed to do.
