slightly savings compare to lexus dealers
cons:
terrible shuttle service, waited 1hour for a 10 min ride. shuttle driver was barking orders to tell people to move to the back, so he could pack the van.
very unfriendly people in general. there's a difference between efficient and friendly.
car was not ready when promised
advisor didnt even go over the service findings and was told to go straight to cashier.
no car wash

Phil K did a great job of picking up my repair issue after a previous employee left Piercey. Phil helped track down my replacement windshield and set up scheduling with the installer, keeping me updated at all times. I was even given a loaner vehicle when the windshield wasn't in stock as expected. So pleased to have worked with Phil (and later Raymond too). Always a positive experience at Piercey!

Another great experience at Piercey Toyota! Hong Ly took great care in helping me figure out what maintenance services needed to be done on a 16-year old vehicle that I recently purchased. Searching thru the vehicle's records, she determined what had and hadn't been done on the vehicle. She came up the list of items and prioritized them so that I could do the most important things now, and saving one low priority item for after the holidays. As always, Hong was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, while being personable, friendly, and courteous. She communicated very effectively, making sure I understood what the plans were, and keeping me well-informed and getting my input on the work items during the process, as her mechanics investigated and found out more detail. Thanks, I couldn't ask for anything more!
