Every time I bring my car to Piercey Toyota I work with a different service advisor. My experience with all of them has been positive. This time it was Jason M. It was also a very positive experience from the time I was greeted. He went thru the records to see what has been done on the car so far, came up with maintenance service suggestions, took care of the curtain airbag recall and after the car was serviced went over on the phone with me about what was done and what to watch for in the future. I am impressed with the service one more time. Thank you Jason and Piercey Toyota!

Concerning the tire fault indicator light being on, I was told that it was not worth fixing. I accepted that reasoning at first but while driving home I realized that if the fault light stayed lit then if a real fault occurred in one of my tires the system could not warm me of the problem. So I think I disagree now with the service manager's reasoning. Also I feel the problem was caused by Piercey in the first place when my tires were replaced by Piercey as the light has been tripping with regularity since then. I now prefer that the problem be fixed.

Hi, promised time 4:50pm, and i got my car back at 5:42pm. and was waiting there with my 2 years, and that case they should have told me that it will take that much time.Also pressure light was on, and when i asked about it,the. They mentioned that there are two nails in one tire, and it was in the report?
