I had a very bad experience at Fremont Toyota. And was very reluctant to use a dealership to fix my car. Ed greeted me when I drove up to the service center and his customer service was impeccable! I was very concerned about the service I would receive and the possibility of having to pay extensive fees for work needed to be done to my car. He assessed everything I spoke to him about, walked me through every step of the way in which the car would be serviced, called me throughout the day multiple times reassuring me that everything was going to be all right. That is the mark of excellent customer service! I look forward to a yelp review about Piercey Toyota! Will recommend any of my friends or family who own a Toyota. He was timely with his updates on the car status
Unlike some of the car advisors I have had in the past. He also followed up on the warranty enhancement re the dashboard crack on my 2008 Avalon. I had mentioned this matter to the previous advisor when I had brought it in last year for servicing but was not even addressed then. Winston is very thorough as he notice that the automatic transmission fluid exchanged was not done in the previous 75,000 nor 90,000 maintenance.
