My experience was excellent. Jason was courteous and helpful. Are our 2016 Prius had a recall on the parking brake and when I scheduled this appointment I was told that the repair part was unavailable. While I was waiting for my work to be completed Jason let me know that another customer had passed on having the repair and offered me the repair part. This was very helpful. I would not have to return another time to have the work done.
