I had 4 new tires put on my car and they were very dirty with whatever solution is used to install them, also the drivers floormat was missing, I found it later in the trunk. I don't know why it was removed cause there wasn't a temporary one put in place of it. I liked the video from the tech but I couldn't understand what he was saying on some parts of it.

Raymond Nunez and Marvin did excellent work and they completely answered all my questions. I also appreciated the extra work that the rental department put in to find me a small car. however, the man who was covering for Raymond on his days off seemed to have dropped the ball. I was hoping he would keep me informed of the progress but he did not.

Mr. Gonzalez was friendly and professional. However, when I came in for my appointment on Sun. Dec. 11, he evidently did not indicate on the order, that I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. At 2:00 p.m. my car was not done, and Mr. Gonzalez was oh his lunch break. I spoke with Todd Fitzsimmons who was extremely helpful and utterly professional. At this time I was told that no one had even begun work on my car, because there was no indication that I was waiting. So, ultimately, I had waited for two and a half hours for a car that had not yet even been looked at. During this time, Mr. Gonzalez returned from his lunch break, understood what was going on, heard me say, "I've been waiting for two and a half hours and it hasn't even been looked at?", and looked the other way...began talking to another customer. I got a rental through Toyota and drove home. I returned to Piercey Toyota this morning at 11 o'clock, and saw Mr. Gonzalez but again dealt with Mr. Fitzsimmons, because I felt I could trust him, due to his professional demeanor.My car was ready for pickup.I live in Belmont--- so had to drive 37 miles to and from the dealership yesterday, and 37 miles back down this morning. It is difficult to overstate how inconvenient this was. But the most disappointing and difficult part of this entire experience is: at no point did Mr. Gonzalez look at me directly and apologize for the monumental inconvenience this caused me. He clearly felt uncomfortable about this, so he chose the path of "avoidance". I believe Mr. Gonzalez is a bright, capable young man. But he would benefit from some in-depth training in Customer Service, and the importance of taking responsibility for one's actions, and offering a sincere, direct apology. In the absence of this, the customer can feel completely dismissed and disrespected. It is not my wish that Mr. Gonzalez suffer any employment consequences. I believe he is well-placed and has potential. But he needs training in Customer Relations. Thank you for your attention to these comments.
