I made appointment at 9:00 am, I arrived on time. Phil took my order to change oil and filter. Around 10:30, he told me to replace cabinet filter and brake oil which I agreed, he told me about 30 to 45 minutes. I waited for the service until 12:00 pm. I didn't see Phil so I asked other service person and found he in the meeting. The service was done, but I was not told right away. If I didn't check I might have to wait longer.
