Why have appointments if customers have to wait 15 minutes when they arrive on time? Cafe is not a vending machine. Way too slow. No car cleaning, my previous dealership was timely, offered a cafe for customers, was POLITE, and cleaned my car INSIDE. Why should I come back?

The first time working the service adviser nor my first time seeing him there. I am not satisfied how he handles business. Toyota sent a video of my car before they start working on it, to what the state of the car and maybe what service needs to be addressed. I like that feature as they giving us inside look of the car. The problem is after watching the video and tried calling the Adviser 3 times and failed. this so i can have other service done from what I've seen on the video. I even pressed the icon that i wanted to be called but no one called. I see that my car is low in coolant and no windshield washer fluid and dirty air filters. I wanted to get the filters done already since the took them off but I cannot contact my adviser at all. What pisses me off is that I chose the 5 year increment service and all I got is a regular oil and filter change and maybe rotation. What concerns me is that they already know I am low in coolant and shield washer they won't even top it off for a customer to be happy or at least be concern a little bit. If i have not seen the video I wouldn't noticed but I did that is why as soon as i got home open the hood of the car and sure enough nothing was top off and all are empty. I could have just went to regular lube place pay little and I'm sure they will top off whats needed.

As I needed to drop off the vehicle early due to a military personnel urgency, the service dept, was outstanding in accepting and putting my Tacoma into the system after hours when the employee was already off the clock, he went above and beyond his duties, which is greatly appreciated, he ensured my vehicle was secured and all proper documentation was given to me. I really enjoyed the email status updates of the service. I especially appreciate this dealership service dept to actually completing the repairs before the actual appointment, the service was fast. Thanks for your dealerships outstanding Customer Service, a thanks to the Lady at the reception desk to assist in contacting appropriate personnel to get it started but then everything just worked out excellent. Thank you.
