The first time that I had my 2010 Prius serviced at Piercey Toyota was due to the frustrations that I had at another Toyota dealership. Jazz Singh made me feel like I was being welcomed into someone's home or personally owned business. Every need and aspect of my services were addressed without question, and with a positive attitude, and smile. I really like the undercar video service that you all provide and the text updates that help me stay informed. I would like to suggest that your service technician spend at least two more minutes on the undercar video and give more information in greater detail. Tell me what is good about my car as well as potential services that may come up in the near future. Such as the condition of cv boots, rubber bushings, under body panels that may have been damaged, even if it is not a safety hazard. In short be more concise. I have alr day posted this video on line to show my friends how happy I am about the service Piercey Toyota provides. And I do auto restorations as a hobby.
Great job Jazz and and to service technician that serviced and put the missing clip on my car.
