We had 2 cars for service on 01/04/2017.
Toyota Camry 2011 for oil change. The inner door moldings are coming off and requested to check the recall of master window switch. Everything was taken cared off and I got charged only for oil change.
Toyota Thundra was also for oil change and Timing Belt. Our adviser is Brian Woods. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything and was given a good deal ( I think ??). We live in Fremont but we rather go to Piercy Toyota in Milpitas cause we like the service.

i was not satisfy with my visit today. I had made an appt for a routine oil change and the wait time was over 2 hours. I had also requested for one of my headlights to be replace and it wasn't completed. I was told that it would take an additional 50min on top of the 2 hours I had already waited if I would like to change the light bulb. I don't understand why one of my light bulb couldn't of been replace while they did the oil change. It wasn't both my headlights-- just the right one. On top of this I had to check-in with the advisor after I've waited for almost 2hrs for a status update. I can understand if I didn't have an appt or had came in on the weekends...but I'm really disappointed by my service today.
