Didn't tell me shuttle wouldn't run past 5:30, failed to order correct part and kept car overnight. I had to pay out of my pocket to get to the dealership. I gave piercey a chance to earn my business and I highly doubt that they'll be getting it.

I feel like the previous question was too polarizing. "Completely satisfied" leaves little room for improvement. While I was very happy with my interaction with Walter (super friendly and informative) the service itself took a very long time. I had a regular 5k mile maintenance and an airbag recall done and it took over 4 hours. I was waiting in the lobby. Overall, I've always been happy with my service from piercey Toyota save for a couple of one off experiences.
