I just wanted to thank Raymond Nunez for taking the time and providing me the recommendation I needed for my service on my vehicle. He was a well experienced service rep that took the time to speak to his manager to figure out what was needed to be serviced for the recommended mileage for my vehicle. He also contacted me in the time he provided on the status of my vehicle and said it's not ready yet. He then again contacted me to inform me that my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I really liked Chris' service very much. There is only one thing I was not happy about - when I got into my car, the front driver's carpet was dirty. Someone should have at least covered it before working on my car. Other than that, I was very happy

Service was good but I would like to understand in more detail related to the 109.95 charges that I had to pay even though this was a 2 year lease where I did not have to pay any charges towards maintenance. Why was wheel alignment not done as part of 3rd service which was one year past the date of start of lease in which case probably adjustment would not have been necessary. The bill mentions 109.95 as labor charges and in another page, it describes the charges towards oil change. I would like to understand this in more detail.
