Even though we had a 9am appointment (for which we arrived early), the entire experience ended up taking 3 HOURS--only about 15 min of which was the mechanic actually working on the car. The staff was apologetic, but their only effort to compensate us for the enormous waste of time was to offer a free car wash in the facility that is indefinitely closed (!!). Incredible. It's apparent that the reservation system is meaningless and you do not value customers time--good to know for future purchasing and service needs.
