Hong Ly was professional, knowledgeable, and understood my needs. I was shopping around for the best price and service to replace my Prius hybrid battery, a large expense. Hong gave me a competitive quote, promised next-day service by 2 p.m., applied the Costco auto discount (that's how I found out about Piercey), and gave me a car loaner so that I could drop my car a day ahead knowing that I would be driving from Orinda. Even though Piercey was further than other Toyota dealerships from my house, the cost and service were well worth it. I'll bring back both my Toyotas in the future for major services.
