This time I didn't need the coolant changed, because it was changed with the last service. He is very kind to work with and I do appreciate that very much. I asked the service writer not to rotate the tires because they were rotated Monday. I watched the service writer type it into the notes. My tires were rotated but I didn't notice until I returned to work. Now, I will have to return to Piercey next week to rotate them again. What a waste of time.
