Fair cost for what was done. In the past I have had bad service experience with Piercy where there was an attempt to oversell service. Raymond explained what might need to be done, called with an update and billed exactly what was done! Kudos to Raymond for not attempting to bs me into extra work.

On Friday, i planned to drop off my car for a recall service and wait there since I thought it would take 2 to 3 hours max. As I was there, I was told my service would take 4 to six hours, and I confirmed with the assistant twice. I had to ask people to pick me up and drop me off while having my car serviced for the recall. However, thirty minutes after I left the dealership, I was called that my car was ready to pick up. It was just very bad estimate, unconviennced and such a waste of time.

The time predicted was met for the repairs. Loved the free coffee. Phil was very pleasant & helpful. He also treated me like a regular customer & did not talk down to me. When you have white hair, that is always a treat. The price was also what I was told.
