I wish your sales department was as open, honest and had the knowledge your service department has. Sales staff lacks basic knowledge on the vehicles, Extremely poor listening skills and the management not paying attention to the customer and only wanting to a screw the customer. I will pay a little extra for quality service but will never ever buy a vehicle from your dealership.

I had no appointment when I requested to service my car. Rena took care of my paperwork and after an hour and a half I had my car back ready. Everything was explained to me and all the costs explained.

We have long way to go in scheduling the drop-off pick up , if we have to win some customer appreciation. Philip was absolutely fantastic. But waiting for a pick up for more than 1:30 hour is totally un-acceptable. I ended up wasting so much time and eventually missing an event.
You can simply have an click on the website when the customer is ready for pick up. Other way is to completely abolish this policy of drop-off and pick-up if you don't want to serve customers.

the driver seat floor liner was loose and had moved all the way up to the pedal area when I picked up my car, but I don't think it was vacuumed. please secure floor liner if someone had loosen it while the car was being serviced

Here are the problems I had with my visit to Totoya.
Background:
1. I brought a new rav 4 SE a week ago.
2. The car didn't come with a second key or an owners manual (this was important because it has a sim card for my navigation to work).
3. I was called into a service because they said the second key and owners manual are here
4. Jason told me it would take at least two hours so I decided to take the free shuttle to my parents house (highly recommend getting the person I got as the shuttle person because he was great).
Feedback:
1. 2.5 hours later my car was ready
2. The shuttle service was busy so by the time I got back to Toyota it was 4 hours since I took my car in
3. I grabbed my car and noticed there was a second key and no owners manual
4. I was very upset because I did not come to Toyota and wasted 4 hours of my Saturday to not come home with my navigation (hence the owners manual).
5. Jason (my service person) had no idea why I was so mad about an owners manual. He obviously does not know anything about the new rav and should not be working as a Totoya service person
6. I asked him where my owners manual was and he went somewhere to find out. He came back and said they never ordered it.... And that its international and would take weeks.... Now I was furious. I recently bought a brand new car at Totoya and they called me in because my owners manual was there. I told him to get in touch with the finance person who ordered my owners manual and rhe sales guy who sold me the car
7. I knew he wasn't trying and I felt that he only pretended to call them
8. He told me to walk over to sales and to figure it out myself (very unprofessional). I never want him touching my car again. I do not trust him!
9. I finally walked over to sales to talk to a manager
10. The manager found my owners manager and my second pair of keys. It was apparently misplaced
In conclusion, Toyota sold me a car without a second pair of key and an owners manual. They had me wait 4 hours on a Saturday with a service consultant who knows nothing about a rave 4. I obviously wasted that 4 hours becuase after the mess and the frustration, the sales manager found my original owners manual and car key.
I'm still really frustrated at how unprofessional Jason was during this whole experience.

Wing was very professional and straightforward. Wasn't at all cocky or acting like he knows everything. I asked him if he could expedite the service and he said he'll try but it takes some time. He didn't make any condescending or smartass replmark. And it showed he was knowledgeable about his job. He knew exactly what was going to be happening. Walked me the Parts department and gave me an exact quote..man! these parts are expensive but I won't hold that against Wing. Won't mind at all if he happens to be my advisor when I come for my next service.
