Of the three service attendants I have interacted with for service for my 2016 Prius V, Hong was the only one who called back as she promised. The other two did not - I had to call/chase them to find out the status of my car. Hong is the best!

Basically I am pretty satisfied with the service except one thing. The promised time was 10AM. Although I got a call at 9AM asking some questions about my previous repair, I didn't hear anything back at 10AM. I tried to call at noon, but the phone was not answered. Then, I went to piercey at 2pm and was informed that some part needs changing and it will take another day. I understand the promised time may be delayed, but you should keep customers posted. Except this, I have a positive experience with piercey this time.

Hong was useless. She did not even address the basics of what was asked. The recall was not addressed, a legal liability to Piercey. The inside light fix was ignored, another safety issue. The pricing was wrong waisted a other 30m. Piercey Service needs to be ashamed. Thanks
