Customer-orientation value: explained why dealer provided services are robust is because the fluids are exchanged by flushing out the old and then fully filling with the new oils because small shops mostly drain which caused me to replace just a year after whereas it should've been a long later had the cheaper shops exchanged as well! I'm sold that dealers may charge 2X more but they do it right with best quality products!

For Brian, thank you for writing up the work order around 4:07 pm on 2-3-17 when your shift was done at 4:30 pm. Brain you recommended Jason to help me, this did not happen, after about an hour I approached Dexter, he not only helped me, he continued to the end, I give Dexter a 10 plus. I heard Dexter tell Jason about me. but Jason never approached me to said sorry or there was a miscommunication. I rate Jason a negative 10.
