When I call and ask for a specific rep and then I arrive to find that person no longer works there and wasn't working there when I made the appointment, I get very irritated. Phillip did a great job, but why weren't you up front with me when I called.

The person who took care of my appointment was not very clear. I was never asked if there are any problems i would like to mention about the car. Usually, agents would ask me it at some point. He was doing some paper work, so i was waiting for him to ask, when i finally said i have something to mention, he was very curt to say u should have mentioned before. I have to print the new copy now. And I was asking about wheel alignment, he was very rude to say, if u opt for it and if they check and do it, it will cost u 99.9, there is no inbetween to check. I was trying to ask if they could call me before doing it, but he was in a rush and very rude as if he is going to miss his flight. I was very disappointed with this service and think would never come back for service.
Atleast my previous experience was ok, he was very informative, mentioning about the number of paid services i still had pending and was giving additional info not to miss them out.
Overall this service was very unsatisfactory and i will never refer this center to anyone.
