During my car intake I negotiate the repair cost to be ALL INCLUSIVE COST. But was charge taxes when I pay the Bill. My understanding of the word INCLUSIVE everything is included i.e laborpartstaxes. I was deceived and was given BAD customer service. I was a loyal customer but was very upset. If you call me hopefully you can give me Credit Back Now and Not Future discount. I just want to get credit back now and Not Future Discount. Very unsatisfied customer.

Terrible experience. One of my tires was flat due to a nail and the techs threw the flat tire in my trunk without any respect for my belongings after replacing with spare. When I went to get my spare repaired, the person who repaired showed me that they inflated the three tires with wrong pressure. The front two tires had 39psi and the rear tire had 38psi. The recommended pressure is 30psi on the highlander and the service advisor put 35psi in the write up. Toyota quality!
Never coming back again.

After getting home the first day getting it back I come outside to find a puddle of power steering fluid on my driveway. I take it back that night missing dinner with my family. Pick it up today and again I come outside and though less there is more power steering fluid on my drive way. Why can't you get this right!? Now I have to take my car back again and waste my time and money again. You are losing a customer. Make me completely satisfied by fixing this and discounting the service I paid almost 2,000 for what I expected best quality work and have to now return a 5th time to drop off then a 6th to pick up, ridiculous!
